Pastor Ron Larson, Executive Director – Larson is the Lead Pastor for 365 Church; B.A. Sociology and Religion, Carson-Newman College, Jefferson City, Tennessee; continue studies at Luther Rice Seminary. Larson has been working in the communities of the Eastern Panhandle for 28 years.

Dr. Carl Q. Hickerson, Ministry Training Director – Hickerson possesses an earned doctorate degree from the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.  He has served three congregations in different settings as a Senior Pastor.  He loves God and loves people because he knows they are the crown of God’s creation.

Dave Marchette, Trustee – Marchette has been the Transitional School Coordinator for Berkeley County for over 40 years and is active with the Berkeley County Board of Education and its management responsibilities. Marchette has also been active in working with area teens in many character building efforts.

Monica Lockett, Trustee – Lockett received a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, Marshall University; B.S – Journalism, WVU; has over 10 years experience with various non-profit agencies in a marketing and communications capacity, as well as License Nurse Administrator.

Dorothy Roman, Trustee – Roman received a B.A., Human Resource & Management emphasis in Marketing Management, Wheeling Jesuit College, Wheeling, WV; has over 10 years experience in business administration, marketing, grant writing, and community development. She also runs the  One Hope Intern Program and School of Ministry and Missions.

Frederick M. Lee – Lee is the lead pastor of WorshipLife Ministries in Martinsburg, WV. Married to Terese A. Lee for twenty years, Lee is the father of six children, three grand children and is currently a student at Howard School of Divinity Master’s program.
